Just for your general information, I believe you should take into account the fact that Fahrenheit 911 was produced by Michael Moore. Moore has certainly made absolutely no bones about his incredible dislike (borderline hatred) of President Bush. As an added bonus, Moore is about as far left as it gets and doesn't hide that either. On that alone, I find it hard to believe that you'd put any credibility whatsoever into a piece of propoganda such as Fahrenheit 911. Let's not forget the lies and distortions that are clearly in the film--even your average, run of the mill Bush hater feels Moore has an agenda he's pushing forward in the film. To call it a "documentary" is an insult to films that really do have some degree of objectivity and factual basis for their product.

1. What dees "be about as far left as it gets" mean?

"doesn't hide that either" hide what?

2. What does borderline mean?

Thank you.

try looking up the words 'liberal' and 'conservative' and you may get an idea. Sometimes when describing political beliefs, we refer to someone as being ' to the left' or 'to the right'. Liberals are generally referred to as 'to the left', and conservatives being 'to the right'.

lol,

That was a very good guess based on what you have learned so far about English. They say that the use of prepositions is the last thing mastered in a foreign language. I would have to guess that idioms or colloquial (everyday) speech are not far behind.
