Would you say that both of these sentences are equally natural?

(Can I) have a look at it?
(Can I) have a see at it?

I'm not familiar with "have a see at." It sounds bizzare to me. I'd suggest you use the first one.

If you leave out the first two words, it will no longer be a question.

"have a see at it" is incorrect.
