Have a good one everyone ?

As you leave an office or lunchroom and there is a group of people, is it ok to say "Have a good one everyone!"?

I know that you can say, depending on the time of the day: "good night everyone" "hello everyone" Please let me know.

  • Where I live it would have to be a rather small number of people, and I would have to know all of them very well.
  • For larger groups or for groups where I don't personally know many of the people, I would never address any remarks to them as a group.

"Have a good one" is an alternate form of "Have a good day" (or morning or afternoon, etc.).
