Have a go on ?

Is "have a go on" the same as "have a go at"? Someone asked me to translate these lyrics...

"Hey, hey here comes no one

Another friend to have a go on

And she asks me do I miss her when she's gone"

... and I'm not familiar with the title expression... Thank you!
