The company needs to have a great improvement effort on core aspects such as planning, objectives, targets, implementation, operation and management review to fulfill the ISO 14001 standard requirement.

Employee health and safety. We did it at the same time we did the environmental one because there are usch similar processes - thorough review of the nature of the harm, likelihood of occurrence, severity of impact, controls in place, etc. It was actually a great process.
