Hater of sb

Hi!

Is the below expression correct?

"Do not be self-complacent and you will not be hater of your fellow."

If it is incorrect, could you please suggest how I could restructure the sentence?

Thanks!

I really don't know what you are trying to say, but this is grammatical. It is problematic though with the two negative statements. And it is difficult for me to connect self-complacency with misanthropy.
