It's stilted. Better:

"Doesn't your father have a car?"

Whenever there is a contraction like "Hasn't" try saying the word in it's full form and you can hear if it works. So since Hasn't is a contraction for Has Not, you would, that would make the sentence has not your father got a car? Which obviously makes no sense. You would want to say "Has your father got a car?"
