(has/have) this been done yet?

I'm having trouble using has or have in this context.
"Has this been done yet?"
or
"Have this been done yet?"

I'm thinking it should be "has" and not "have".

"Has the job been done yet?" (Job is singular.)
"Have the dishes been done yet?" (Dishes is plural.)

So "this" is singular and "these" is plural.
"Has this (job) been done yet?"
