Has/Have sentence

"Since that day, I have researched the profession and sought out multiple shadowing opportunities, which has/have only reinforced my desire of becoming a CRNA."

The first "have" is ok, but the second "has/have" is keeping me guessing. Appreciate any clarity! Thank you.
