I need to go to bathroom since my body hasn't/haven't washed since last day !
when I want to talk about my body or even my spirit or my ghost which modal I must use, I must use have or has ?

what about this imaginary situation :
do you understand why my leg cut? ,when I had seeing an accident my left leg cut 
mine hasn't / haven't cured yet

That would be a very unnatural sentence even if it contained no mistakes. We'd simply say someting lihe I haven't had a wash/bath/shower since yesterday.

Just to clarify, "have" is a semi-modal when in "have to".
