has/have

Should I use has or have for sentences below? Is there any difference?

1) What does this has/have to do with me?

2) Has/Have anyone read the news?

Top answer

It should be "have" in the 1st sentence, "does" requires a bare infinitive; "has" is for the 2nd one: it is conjugated in the 3rd pers. sing. (S = anyone) to form the present perfect with "read".
