Has,had,have

im confuse of using this three words.
what is the right usage of this?

Present: He, she, it has (when the subject is just one person or thing) I, you, we, they have (when the subject is more than one person or thing - or I or you ) Past: (any subject) had Mary has a headache today. Joe and Brian have a problem. We had a visitor last week.

Present: He, she, it has (when the subject is just one person or thing)

I, you, we, they have (when the subject is more than one person or thing - or I or you)

Past: (any subject) had

Mary has a headache today.

Joe and Brian have a problem.

I have a house.

He/she/it HAS a bone.

Past Tense:

but why is that you used Has?...cause Mary is not a third person?..i think it must be Had..
