Has/did

Hello

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between has and did?

Example: Ben did disable a task. I know this is wrong because I have been told I should be using 'Has": Ben has disabled a task.

Also. Which one is correct?

Ben has found a problem?
Ben did find a problem?

Thank you

Zybastek Ben did find a problem? This use of 'did' is unusual, and it is unrelated to using 'have' there. It is used only when we wish to emphasize the statement strongly or reject an opposite statement.
