Has / was / had?

Situation: The contract signed yesterday

He was signed the contract (Is it a tense? I only know "He was signing the contract at 10:00am" should be pass continuous no idea if any tense was/were + past tense / past participle)
He has signed the contract (Seem not like present prefect)
He had signed the contract (And not like past prefect, for my understanding, past prefect should not a single sentence, it should a several action of past, such as: He was came to my office and he had signed the employment contract)
