"Has" vs "with"

I'm reading copy on a cereal box and having a disagreement on the grammer used in a sentence. The sentence reads as follows: "Brand X cereal with Xg of protein and Xg of fiber - that's twice the protein and fiber of the average leading cereal - to help keep you feeling full longer."

My thought is that the sentence should read "Brand X cereal has Xg of protein and Xg of fiber that's twice the protein and fiber of the average leading cereal - to help keep you feeling full longer", changing "with" to "has". Without this, it doesn't appear the sentence has an action. I'm wondering what other's opinions are for the use of "with" in this sentence.

Michael Eddington Without this, it doesn't appear the sentence has an action. Well, having a certain amount of protein and fiber isn’t really an action, either. With is fine.

I would expect a comma or a change of font or something after "Brand X cereal". You are seeing advertising idiom: (We proudly present) Brand X cereal, with all the good things that will

It's surprising that you're so finicky about what's written on a cereal box, and yet you can't properly spell 'grammar'.

I'm not really finicky, but I do work in the graphics industry (no, not proof-reading) and try keep an eye out for my client's work. I'm less concerned about my own spelling when casually conversing online, which will not make it into hard copy.
