Are these sentences correct:
1-If he started the work on yesterday, he has to have finished by now.
2-If he shad tarted the work the day before, he had to have finished by then.

3-He is in town, so he has to have left his country house at least a few hours ago.
3-He was in town, so he had to have left his country house at least a few hours before.
