In the context: I am informing graphic designer that business cards to be redesigned before sending them to take print.


The business cards design have to be redesigned.

The business cards design are to be redesigned.


Please suggest these sentence with "to be". Which one make sense either either "are or have"?

It's not the design that has to be redesigned. That sounds silly.

It's the business cards that have to be redesigned.
