I would like to know whether the following sentence is correct, if any mistakes please correct it.

The condition is relevant to him coming to face the speaker, not on the person addressed telling him to come. It would therefore be better as;
Tell him to come and face me if he has the *****.

This is a feature of American English.
Come and face me would be correct in British English.
