He started to teach English to us.
He still teaches English from last month.

Two sentence sum by using Present Perfect Tense.

"He has started to teach English to us from last month." <- is this wrong?

Answer is Only "He has taught English to us from last month."

He started to teach us English a month ago..
He still teaches us English.

Your third and fourth sentences are not natural. You need:

He started to teach us English last month.
He has been teaching us English for a month
He has been teaching us English since last month
