has she or was she?!

What are the differnces between these sentences?

1.Was she invited to the party?
2.Has she been invited to the party?
3.Has she invited to the party?

#3 is not good English. #1 and #2 ask the same question if the party has not yet occurred (#2 suggests heightened speaker concern). If the party is over, only #1 will be appropriate.
