Has she left yet? or Did she leave yet?

Hello teachers!
Can you help me out in understanding the difference between these two forms:

1)Did she leave yet?
2) Has she left yet?
For instance, assuming I know that Dane has been waiting for me in her office for a while.I call her office back and ask "Has she/Dane left yet?Tell her I'm on my way!!
Or , I phone her office and ask : Is Dane still there? Did she leave yet?
Many Thanks
