Has really ____ the market

How would you phrase this sentence please?

What verb would go in the blank? To cause the market to crash?

Would you call it an “offer”

This offer cost $39 a month. It includes 100go of data....

Would you say align themselves?

This xxx internet provider has really ____ the market with their cheap internet offers for as low as $15 a month forcing other providers to align themselves with xxx.

Thanks

Hello Clive ,

The subject is the internet provider. Am I missing something? A word to mean “cause the prices to drop” what would you use?

Thanks
