Has or have in this sentence ?

What would be the correct verb in this sentence has or have ? I think it would be "has" because "editor" is third person singular here, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm bit confuse so need your help.

Sentence: "What level of knowledge of history editor of that news sensationalising channel have/has ?"
