I really don't know why I am suddenly confused but what is the rule for using has or have?

Here is the rule: I have you have he, she, it has >> This is the one that is different. If the subject is singular, not I, not you, then use has . we have they have

I have
you have
he, she, it has >> This is the one that is different. If the subject is singular, not I, not you, then use has.
