The camp activities were co-ordinated by members of the club in associated with inner wheel club members. The club has engaged 8 physicians and 2 x-ray clinics, “Shradha Diagnostics” and “Deep Digital X-ray clinic.”

We need past perfect -had engaged-only there is time gap between the first and the second.

In this case I think there isn't any; that is, physicians were at work during the camp,weren't they?

'Has engaged' don't sound right here you have used past tense for the same event in the first sentence
