2)can we say like this...
a) If she would have been alive today and if you had asked her the same question, what would have she replied?

These are correct:

"Did she have dinner?"


"If she had been alive [at some time in the past] and you had asked her the same question, how would she have replied?"

"If she were alive [now, today] and you asked her the same question, how would she reply?"
