Has offended you so // has so offended you // offended you so much

Hi,

Would anyone please explain to me the difference of these three?:

1. What did I do that has offended you so today?

2. Where is this site that has so offended you then?

3. Sorry I offended you so much. That was not my intention.

I'm actually wondering which is right and which is wrong grammatically. Thank you so much!

All of them sound OK to me. The first is old-fashioned, and I would say "so much" instead of "so" The second is also a bit old-fashioned and idiomatic. The third is common.
