Well, grammatically possible but semantically , I mean meaning, it sounds strange. Everyone knows that a rainbow is colourful so you don't have to say this again.

when it comes to rules this sentence is correct but since all the rainbows are colourful u have to say the rainbow is colourful not THIS rainbow, ok? it was a good question

By the way, few points
U - does not equal to "you" in real English

All rainbows is understood to be in colors. No need to say "colorful".
"When" needs to be capitalized.
Watch for your punctuations
