Which is correct?
1. The unique exhibition of the Olympic torches has made (or made) a strong impression on the Olympics guests.
2. The program has become (or became) an integral part of the future Olympic Games.

Fro example: The programme has been supported by the International Olympic Committee and has become an integral part of the Olympic Games. Does it sound correct? My goal here is to promote this programme. I think it should sound like it is from a brochure, shouldn't it?
