Has / have kindly help

Puraniks is a company in to real estate, I believe Purniks is a company name hence its singular so we should use has rather than have. Please suggest if any other changein the following paragraph

Puraniks have always believed in novelty and originality in all of their endeavours. Since 1968, Puraniks have been associated with dependability. Puraniks continues their grand legacy now by offering you a bouquet of projects. Most of the projects in Thane are situated at Ghodbunder road and Kolshet road, which are swiftly developing locations in Thane.

Thanks
