Has/ have, are /is, do/ does

hello everyone,

I am confused about using the above words to ask any questions.

For example:

Have you got any hobbies?

Do you have any hobbies?

I don't know what's the difference between these two sentence.

You can say I've got a pencil or I have a pencil. It means the same thing.
You can say Have you got a pencil? or Do you have a pencil? It means the same thing.
