Has gotten

- He has gotten a bicycle from his father as a birthday present.

Do you think the above sentence is OK? To me, it should be:

He got a car… (Most common version.)
He received a car…
He obtained a car… (Least common version.)

Both "he got" and "he's got" are possible. It depends on the context.

For example,

He got a car from his father as a birthday present this year.

He's just got a car from his father as a birthday present. Why wouldn't he be jumping around?!
