Yes, but it's a lot of work to write or say all that when you can just write or say She must have been hired.

If I want to turn it into an indirect speech "She said he had got to have been hired."

You've reversed your he's and she's.

It's He said she had got to have been hired.
But that sentence is too awkward. We would just say He said (that) she must have been hired.
