Has gone,has been gone,or is gone...???

which one is correct?

The ball has gone over the fence for a home run.

The ball has been gone over the fence for a home run.

The ball is gone over the fence for a home run.



please some one explain which one is correct

The ball was hit over the fence... The bell went over the fence... "has gone" makes sense only if it has JUST happened.

The ball was hit over the fence...

The bell went over the fence...

"has gone" makes sense only if it has JUST happened. "The ball has gone over the fence! It's a home run! The Mets have won the Pennant!"

but my teacher gave mi this : "Gone over the fence for a home run" and I have to make the fragment into sentence by adding a subject and by completing the verb..???
