Has been, had been

Condition.
I left home at 9am and traveled to different places in city. Then I came back home at 3pm. And then I got phone call of my brother at 6pm. Now I told him what I did all the day.
So help me to make correct sentence.
1.(Today) I have traveled since morning.
2.(Today) I had been traveling since morning.
I want to know about some thing you did from a point of time to other point of time but you are not doing now.
