Has anyone got an expiriance with ilatc?

Hello everybody,
Has anyone got an expiriance with ilatc and could report it?
I'd like to improve my English ( British ) and I'd like to buy lessons with native speaker via skype and I would do this as intensively as possible. I have looked through many web-sites and I find one by ilatc the most attractive and they have a special offer, 100 x 30 minutes cost £675, so 1 h for £ 13,50. There is keener only by non-native speakers to the best of my knowledge. They promise "after this package, you can speak louder with great confidence and clarity", although this can be purely advertisement. Has anyone got an expiriance with this provider?
I need your advise as well. So, what would you say? What could I really excpect from this package? How should I place the lessons over days for more efficiency and productivity? Will it be better, if I take for example 6 h 15 minutes every day and so over 8 days or for example 4 h 10 min over 12 days? Or maybe even 8 h 10 min and so over 6 days, in order to as deeply as possiple dive into the foreign language? So deeply wouldn't I dive in English even in England, would I? Anyway I have no visa.
And how long should pauses be?
Please, read also their conditions. I find them very very strict. Would you accept them?

These two are the most important as I see:

Lesson re/scheduling Policy

1. All Payments must be received five working days before scheduling a lesson. 2. Re-scheduling of a lesson must be made, at least, 24 hours or 2 working days before a scheduled class via EMAIL only. 3. If a student goes 14 days without scheduling a lesson, s/he will lose ALL credits. No refunds will be given. 4. If a student is late or fails to attend a lesson, the student will lose credit for that lesson. No refund will be given. 5. Only one FREE Trial Lesson per student is allowed.

5. Liability and Cancellations

ILATC is not liable for any damage, in any form whatsoever, resulting from the ILATC website. Nor is it liable for any decisions, based on information from the ILATC website, the customer may make.

A cancellation may be made due to illness, accident or other reason, such as natural disaster. Every effort will be made to meet the order and find replacement tutors when necessary, but if it becomes necessary to cancel, ILATC's liability is limited to refunding the goods or services that have not been delivered on a pro rata basis.

Thank you a lot in advance!!!
