please... i am confused.. i don't know when to use 'has/have had' and 'had had'.. i still can't see the difference.. can anyone make me simple sentences using 'have had' and 'had had'..so then i can see the difference.. please....

Has had - at some point in the past, relative to the time right now, this thing happened. "I have had the chocolate mousse here, and it was great."

Had had - relative to a time in the past, this thing happened even further in the past. "Jim had had the chocolate mousse before, so [when he went to the restaurant last week] he felt confident ordering it again.
