Hardly be more mistaken

Hi.

She could hardly be more mistaken.

Is there any room for being even more mistaken in such a context? In other words, is it the ultimate limit of being mistaken beyond which one cannot be even more mistaken in the She could hardly be more mistaken ?

Thank you.
