Could you tell me what is meant by 'hard to go past'? I tried searching this term but no definitions turn up. Thank you.
Porridge is hard to go past for a good breakfast. A cup of cooked rolled oats gives you around 3-4 g fibre (a decent amount of which is soluble fibre) and the only sugar and salt is what you add. (CHOICE)
