Hi. Can I use "hard to" in the following way?

1. Some people think it's easy to be a doctor, but I think it's hard to.
2. Some people think it's easy to be a doctor, but I think it's hard to be.
3. Some people think it's easy to lift weights, but I think it's hard to.
4. Some people think it's easy to lift weights, but I think it's hard to do.
