Hard decision?

I'd like to tell someone that it is one of the hardest decision in my life and I'd also like to emphasize that there is no way or I have exhausted all the possibilities but I am not able to make a decision, it's like gambling. << Is my line of words already expressing this? or if there is any better expression?
