Happy with

1) He is happy with his wife.

Can't this mean these three things?
a) He is happy when he is with his wife.
b) He is happy that he is married to his wife. He is happy living with her. c
) He is happy with the way his wife behaves. (This one is like: The boss is happy with the workers... And it has sexist connotations.)
