Happy Mother's Day

I see a thankful card for Mother's Day today as below:

Dearest Mom,

Happy Mother's Day! Wish you as beautiful as always, stay young and remains cheerful every day. God Bless you!

Love,
Victor and Victoria

My question is: Why the "remain" is added a "s" in the above sentence? Not as the same as the previous "stay". Should "stay" also be "stays"?

Besides, some of the time, I see when verbs are putted at the front of a sentence, they usually become /+ed. Can anyone tell me why and when I should /?

Thanks!
