Happy how

Is it natural to say "happy how"?
I am not happy how I handle the situation.
I am not happy how public made it. I didn't think making such a scene was the mature thing to do.

Thank you

After saying it both ways a few times, I guess it's starting to sound not OK without it. A few more times and it won't make sense at all. I'll have to look at it tomorrow.
