Speech & Pronunciation

happy-go-lucky

Hello!

Could someone please help me to figure out what the speaker in the video is exactly saying between the minutes 4:08 and 4:25 ?

Well, what I can understand is:

'' Well, what I’ve realised is there’re two kinds of people. There’s the happy-go-lucky you lovers who are just busy swimming along enjoying that one life they have, and then there’s most of us, guys, who are basically grumpy elderly hipsters who sit on a computer and have a problem when anyone does anything. ''

Am I right?

Thank you for your help

That's basically it. You missed one phrase: "It's an attitude thing..."

Philip "It's an attitude thing..."
I am not sure that I understand what it means. Does ''It's an attitude thing'' mean ''It's a matter of confidence'' or ''It's all about my opinion'' or what does the speaker mean by that?

Attitude often refers to the point of view one has at the beginning.
