Can you please tell me what you call the object in the picture? I'm guessing there's "hanger" somewhere in there.

I think it's a "valet stand". Google image search seems to confirm this. The Wikipedia entry (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clothes_valet) says it is also called a "clothes valet". The term "clothes valet stand" also seems to be used.
