Hi teachers.
I think I usually use 'get off the phone.' when I want to let people know that my phone conversation ended and mention sth I talked about on the phone.
If I press 'end button' before somebody on the other end finishes their conversation, the person would say 'hang up.'
So are they never interchangeable?
I think I heard people say "I need to hang up. I shluld go now."
Can I use 'get off?'
Thanks in advance~
