I have revised an essay originally written by another student as below. Please help me make it sound natural. Thanks a lot.
The Effects of Using Credit Cards
Outline:
More and more people use credit cards to buy things these days. Although it is really convenient to pay by credit cards, it also can potentially lead to long-term debt by improper use.
First of all, having a credit card is safer than carrying around cash. We do not need to take a wad of cash to purchase something. We just need to pull out our card, swipe it and the thing is ours. In addition, we do not need to make change or break the bill, especially when we are traveling abroad. However, we might sink into debt if we buy things without thinking carefully. Because paying by credit card is so easy that it’s hard to find that we even spend any money.
All in all, there are both benefits and damages of using credit cards. If we use them properly and responsibly, we could be much better off paying with credit cards than with cash or other payment tools.
