He went into the room with a bunch of papers in his hand.

I think the first example is better as two sentences. Otherwise, all are OK.

This isn't "Do the above two sentences are ok?". It's " Are the above two sentences OK?".

The second is. The first needs a semi-colon or a full stop (period) rather than a comma.
