hammer that home

Think about it though. 1up contacted Ubisoft about it, and Ubisoft said only "Assassin's Creed has been announced for the PS3." They didn't say it was "exclusively coming to PlayStation 3." I would think that if it's an exclusive, you'd want to hammer that home repeatedly to hype not only the game, but the system as well.



What does "hammer that home" mean?
